Cap Cooke has been picking the banjo for nearly 20 years and loves to share what he’s learned during that time. He has played in numerous regional bands, including Chad Darou and Stealing Time, The FLX Bluegrass All Stars, Mount Pleasant String Band, and The Flywheels. He resides in Ithaca, NY with his wife and son, is a baker at Wide Awake Bakery, and gets out to perform whenever possible.
